Camp notes
Bookings must be made at least 1 hour before the start of any club session.
Last-minute bookings (less than 1 hour before) will not be accepted.
Cancellations
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
Pick-Up Policy
Due to ongoing late collections, the 5-minute grace period has now been removed.
The latest pick-up time is 6:00 PM sharp.
A £1 late fee per minute will apply for any collection after 6:00 PM.
Three-Strike Rule
If you are late collecting you will receive an email confirming the collection time.
After three late collection emails, your child will no longer be eligable to attend the after-school club.
