Camp notes
Bookings
Bookings must be made at least 1 hour before the start of any club session.
Last-minute bookings (less than 1 hour before) will not be accepted.
Cancellations
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Pick-Up Policy
The latest pick-up time is 18:00.
A £1 late fee will be charged for every minute beyond this time.
